Is Jamie Foxx a member of the illuminati Society? Comedian Katt Williams seems to think so — or at least that’s been a running joke on his The Dark Matter tour, featuring legendary comedians Mark Curry, Tommy Davidson, Red Grant and more.
Serving up a seriously messy, out of breath, uncle-tastic delivery that only he can get away with, Williams went in on Foxx’s recent “mystery illness” and why he thinks the mysteriousness surrounding Foxx isn’t such a mystery if you are one of many Black people who believe that the illuminati exists.
“You know who got a lot of money,” Williams asked his audience in a clip circulating around social media.
“Who?” the audience asked.
“Jamie Foxx,” Williams responded. He proceeded to take aim at the lack of details surrounding Foxx’s illness, insinuates that the illuminati is probably behind it all and suggests that Foxx bought himself a membership with his money.
But Williams also said that he wouldn’t mind being a member of the illuminati himself, if only to steal a few secrets so he can bring them to the public.
“And they would kill me, if they could. But I’m too fast,” said Williams as the crowd grew louder. “I’m just too fast. Thank Jesus.”
On the list of illuminati secrets Williams said he plans to steal is what makes McDonalds’ French fries the best fries over any other restaurant.
“How is that possible?” he asked, the audience laughing.
The whole set was hilariously messy and very Katt Williams-esque. Although it’s difficult to tell what day and location the set is from, Williams has been bringing that same energy into his promo for the tour. In an interview with three-time Super Bowl Champion Shannon Sharpe on his “Club Shay Shay” show, Williams absolutely went in on everyone and everything, and Black Twitter has been having a field day with Williams’ revelations. He touches on everything in the interview—from Tory Lanez, black women and colorism to comedians Steve Harvey and Cedric The Entertainer for stealing jokes and projects from other comedians.
